Standard value of dwellings, income year 2018 and onwards
Description
Standard value (income year 2018 onwards) for free or subsidised dwellings (for non-holiday dwellings). The values to be used by employers refer to unfurnished dwellings including heat but excluding household electricity. The employee shall account for the market value of the benefit in his tax return.
