Monitoring of staff with disabilities in Saint-Louis Agglomération since 2017.
Explanation of the “Rate” fields:
* Direct employment rate:
disabled workers recruited directly by the community
* Legal employment rate:disabled workers recruited directly by the community + compensation for expenditure incurred for the purchase of supplies or work carried out by persons with disabilities.
Note:
regulatory end of calculation of the statutory employment rate in 2020
