Monthly regularity TER since January 2013.
On TER, the regularity is calculated when the train arrives at the last station of its journey (terminus). This method of calculation, which does not include intermediate stations, proposes the cumulative delay over an entire journey.
The indicator used is ‘five-minute regularity’: a train is considered late if it arrives five minutes after its scheduled time. The data proposed are not detailed by RER line but aggregated for all RERs of a Region.
In agreement with the Regions which are the transport organising authorities for TER, a train cancelled before 4 p.m. the day before its operation will not be counted. On the other hand, if the announcement of its cancellation could not be made the day before 4 p.m., the train will be counted as a cancelled train, whether this cancellation is total or partial (the train has completed only part of its journey).
