Regulations on working conditions
Description
Regulations on working conditions applicable to the Public Railway Group (1999 Decree and RH 077) and freight transport companies (2010 Decree).
The preliminary draft of the basic decree on the working hours of staff of railway undertakings was sent by the Secretary of State in charge of Transport, the Sea and Fisheries on 12 February 2016.
The State opens a consultation phase likely to change the text, which will be submitted to the Council of State for publication probably in mid-April 2016.
It will be supplemented by a branch collective agreement common to all companies in the branch and agreements specific to each company to adapt the general rules to the organization of work of each.
