Operating regime of the lines
Description
List of lines of the National Railway Network by operating regime.
Line portions of the network are listed in this dataset by operating regime.
A line in the file corresponds to a portion of the network that has the same operating regime.
The operating regimes are as follows: Dual track (DV), Single track (VU), Unmarked track (BANAL).
With the exception of the ‘double track’ value, all the others relate only to operating systems used on a single track.
Geographic coordinates are a conversion of rail coordinates to Lambert 93 and WGS84 (EPSG:3857).
In some cases, it is not possible to convert the railway location into geographical coordinates: these details have not been collected for lines that are no longer operated.
