Cleanliness checks at stations
Description
This dataset provides information on the level of cleanliness of stations.
**The cleanliness of the stations is a major issue for SNCF. In order to satisfy customers, SNCF carries out, together with the service provider, checks on the conformity of the cleaning service, the frequency of which varies according to the size of the station. These checks are based on observations made in different areas of the station first, access, hall, platforms, etc. and on different supports (windows, floors, signage). The obligation to achieve a result is set at a minimum of 90% compliance. Below this, corrective actions are initiated quickly and are part of a process of continuous improvement.**
For each station, one line of the dataset corresponds to a monthly set of cleanliness checks carried out following the passage and actions of cleaning providers. For each month, the total number of observations and the number of non-compliant observations at the station concerned shall be indicated.
The compliance rate is calculated by the operation (nb of observations – nb of non-conformities)/(nb of observations).
