National collective agreements
Description
National collective agreements aimed at establishing social policies common to all employees of the Public Railway Group (SNCF).
This dataset reflects the establishment of the social unit of the Public Rail Group in 2015. The sustained social dialogue with trade unions resulted in the signing of 22 national collective agreements.
The vast majority of the agreements have made it possible to put in place social policies common to all GPF employees (SNCF, SNCF Réseau, SNCF Mobilités) in terms of professional equality between women and men and gender diversity, the improvement of housing assistance policy, measures to promote the employment of workers with disabilities, and enhanced social protection for contract workers.
Some agreements have made it possible to introduce innovative provisions such as profit-sharing within SNCF Réseau and SNCF Mobilités, which recognise and associate employees with the outcome of each of these two EPICs. Similarly, the Public Rail Group has set up a group savings plan, as well as a time savings account with opportunities to monetize it, thus giving employees more room for manoeuvre.
Arrangements are also being put in place at SNCF Group level. Thus, a job exchange and a mobility charter signed by the group companies promote broader and more diversified mobility for all employees.
