Description

On 2 March 2023, the review committee in the city of Leipzig adopted the zonal soil benchmarks for the city of Leipzig as of 1 January 2023. Soil benchmarks are average position values for the soil, taking into account the different development states, given per square meter of land area. Soil benchmark zones include areas that are broadly consistent in terms of type and extent of use. The value-influencing characteristics of the land benchmark plot are shown. The soil guide values are determined in accordance with the provisions of the ImmoWertV. This dataset contains the polygons of the soil benchmark values for the area of the city of Leipzig with the levels "soil benchmark plot", "soil benchmark zone", "location quality", "development measure" and "renovation area".
