Meat control — code list for registrations for carcasses in slaughterhouses (post-mortem)
Description
Diagnosis and observations in accordance with codework made by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority’s meat control of carcasses in slaughterhouses for cattle, pigs, sheep and goats.
Purpose: Records of diagnoses and observations that form the basis for declaring meat and carcasses unfit for human consumption and which may also form the basis for follow-up of livestock producers.
The data set contains personal data as many of the livestock producers are sole proprietorships identified by the holder’s name.
