The data set contains descriptions of all electronic systems that process or contain archival information. this includes record keeping systems, case/archive systems, professional systems and other systems such as recruitment system, KGV system, collaboration solutions, design tools, email systems and other solutions used in the performance of the enterprise’s tasks. The documentation of the systems is based on proposals from the National Archives.
