Overview of decisions on the recovery of undue payments of subsidies from national sources for 2023

Description

An overview of decisions on the repayment of undue payments of national subsidies (provided only from the state budget of the Czech Republic) contains data for the fiscal year, which starts on 16 October ‘N-1’ and ends on 15 October of the given year ‘N’ on a calendar basis. The data are published on the basis of Act No. 256/2000 Coll. They are classified into a specific year according to the date of entry into force of the decision and in the amount of the decision, regardless of the actual date of return of the requested amount. The amounts are given in CZK. The beneficiary of the subsidy and the measure to which the subsidy relates are also published. An overview of decisions on the repayment of undue payments of subsidies granted from EU funds is the subject of a different dataset.
