Overview of decisions on the recovery of undue payments of subsidies from EU funds for 2023

Description

The overview of decisions on the recovery of undue payments of EU subsidies (from EU funds supplemented by contributions from the Czech budget) contains data for the EU fiscal year, which starts on 16 October ‘N-1’ and ends on 15 October ‘N’. The data are published on the basis of Act No. 256/2000 Coll. They are included in a specific year according to the date of entry into force of the decision and in the amount of the decision, regardless of the subsequent settlement of the required amount. The amounts are given in CZK. The beneficiary of the subsidy and the measure to which the subsidy relates are also published. An overview of decisions to refund undue payments of subsidies granted only from national sources is the subject of a different dataset.
