VOV03 - Profile of employees on Flemish training leave by school year
Description
List of anonymised VOV employees (Flemish training leave) with the number of files and the number of hours of training, aggregated per school year and broken down according to the following characteristics: gender age category, registration type and company size.All personal data are anonymised, the personal ID cannot be linked across the various measures to make the person unidentifiable through additional information.Unique employees: Employees can request multiple files Flemish Training Leave (VOV) in a year, if you want to know the number of unique employees for VOV you can make an extraction to MS Excel from VOV03 and then apply a PivotTable that calculates the "unique numbers" for the requested characteristics and year.
