DPE Energy Performance Diagnostics for Housing by House in Roubaix (before July 2021)

Description

# DPE Housing (before July 2021) The Energy Performance Diagnosis (EDD) provides information on the energy performance of a dwelling or building, assessing its energy consumption and its impact in terms of greenhouse gas emissions. The content and procedures for establishing the EPD are regulated. The DPE describes the building or housing (surface, orientation, walls, windows, materials, etc.), as well as its heating, domestic hot water, cooling and ventilation equipment. It indicates, as the case may be, either the amount of energy actually consumed (based on bills) or the estimated energy consumption for standardised use of the building or housing. Reading the DPE is facilitated by two labels with 7 classes from A to G (A corresponding to the best performance, G to the worst): * The energy label to know the primary energy consumption; * The climate label to know the amount of greenhouse gases emitted. WARNING: energy performance diagnostics (EDDs) are transmitted to ADEME for statistical studies, evaluation and methodological improvement under Article L134-4-2 of the Construction and Housing Code. In this context, the ADEME can under no circumstances be held responsible for the quality of the data transmitted to it under the sole responsibility of the diagnosticr. Are presented and available only the 10000 most recent recordings
