The Rental Permit
To strengthen the arrangements already applied in the territory, the City has adopted the prior authorisation to rent out the so-called “lease permit”.
This tracking device provided for by the ALUR law, the competence of the European Metropolis of Lille, is applicable since April 1, 2019.
Landlords will be asked, in certain areas of the city, to have a rental permit before any new rental.
The rental permit is in place in 14 districts of the territory of Rouban, which represent for the city an important issue in the treatment of degraded habitat
Every owner of private housing, built before 1974, has the obligation to apply for a rental permit before any new lease and each change of tenant.
