Description
This dataset corresponds to the recruitment of civil servants from the city of Paris through the direct recruitment procedure.
The information is broken down by community, title and recruitment grades. They shall indicate by sex the number of registrants, presents and receipts.
The social report of the Parisian community provides, each year, quantitative but also qualitative information on the human resources of the City of Paris. It traces the evolution of the main human resources policy indicators, including staffing, pay, health and safety, careers and training, working conditions and social relations.
