Social report - Promotions of grade of choice and by professional examination (synthesis)
Description
This dataset lists by year the number of full men and women, on the one hand meeting the conditions for possible promotion (promotable) and on the other hand the number of full men and women who have actually benefited from promotion in grade (either by choice or by professional examination).
The **social report** of the Parisian community provides, each year, quantitative but also qualitative information on the human resources of the City of Paris. It traces the evolution of the main human resources policy indicators, including staffing, pay, health and safety, careers and training, working conditions and social relations.
