**This point layer represents the location of vegetative permits issued.**
The purpose of the Parisian greening permit is to define the conditions under which the applicant is authorised, under the regime of temporary occupations of the public domain, to occupy the sites in order to enable him to carry out and maintain a planting device(s) (trees in particular fruit trees, walls, mobile planters, keyholes, tutors, fences, signage, plantations in the open ground or not, urban furniture, such as potlets, feet of facades, planting pits or any other form left to his initiative and creativity), in accordance with the charter of planting of the Paris public space.
The Parisian greening permit allows citizens to set up and maintain one or more planting devices (feet of trees, planters, pits in the open ground), via a temporary occupation authorisation of the public domain and in compliance with the charter of greening the Paris public space.
