Citizen participation - Consultation Revision of the Local Urban Plan

Description

The local urban plan (PLU) determines the rules of land use in the territory of a city or an inter-municipality. This is the document you consult when you want to build or demolish a building. It is a ‘city project’ that shapes the future of an agglomeration for approximately 10 to 15 years. The objective of the revision of the PLU is to better prepare the city for climate change. This implies different rules for the construction and organisation of the territory.
