Description
The local urban plan (PLU) determines the rules of land use in the territory of a city or an inter-municipality. This is the document you consult when you want to build or demolish a building. It is a ‘city project’ that shapes the future of an agglomeration for approximately 10 to 15 years.
The objective of the revision of the PLU is to better prepare the city for climate change. This implies different rules for the construction and organisation of the territory.
The main phases of the consultation:
- End of January - 11 April 2021: pre-information phase (Which Paris in 2030?)
- 12 April to 16 July 2021: consultation phase on the territorial diagnosis
21 January to 1 April 2022: Consultation phase on the main orientations of the Sustainable Development and Development Project (PADD)
5 September to 4 November 2022: consultation phase on the projects of the Planning and Programming Guidelines (OAP) and Regulations
