Description

**Training** accompanies staff throughout their professional career. The purpose of the proposed training offer is, inter alia, to respond to: * a requirement for the professionalisation of staff on their workstations; * desires for professional development and individual promotion (preparations for competitions and professional examinations, refresher and development courses); * the willingness to accompany change within the directorates. In the social balance sheet data are presented by hierarchical category and by themes. By **category**, the census is made by counting the number of trained officers, regardless of the number of individualised training courses that each officer has attended. By **themes**, the survey is made per trainee, the same staff member can be counted several times provided that he has received several training courses during the year. The **social report** of the Parisian community provides, each year, quantitative but also qualitative information on the human resources of the City of Paris. It traces the evolution of the main indicators relating to human resources policy, be it staff, remuneration, hygiene and safety, careers and training, working conditions and social relations. In anticipation, the “Bilan Social” datasets have integrated the [community merger](https://www.paris.fr/actualites/paris-fusion-de-la-ville-et-du-conseil-departemental-6373) relating to the [Ordinance n°2018-74] as of 2018. The code _Ville de Paris_ replaces the codes _Commune_ and _Department_ of the Collective column from 2018 onwards.
