Social balance sheet - Training by categories
Description
The training accompanies staff throughout their professional career. The purpose of the proposed training offer is, in particular, to meet the following requirements:
* a requirement for staff to be professionalised at their workstations;
* wishes for professional development and individual promotion (preparations for competitions and professional examinations, refresher and further training courses);
* the will to accompany change within the directorates.
In the social report the data are presented by hierarchical category and by themes. By category, the census is made by counting the number of staff trained, regardless of the number of individualised trainings each staff member has taken. By topic, the review is carried out per trainee, so that the same staff member can be counted several times provided that he or she has received several training courses during the year.
The social report of the Parisian community provides, each year, quantitative but also qualitative information on the human resources of the City of Paris. It traces the evolution of the main human resources policy indicators, including staffing, pay, health and safety, careers and training, working conditions and social relations.
In anticipation, the ‘Bilan Social’ datasets integrated the [merger of local authorities] (https://www.paris.fr/actualites/paris-fusion-de-la-ville-et-du-conseil-departemental-6373) relating to [Order No 2018-74](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000036585048&dateTexte=&categorieLien=id) from 2018. The code _City of Paris_ therefore replaces the codes _Commune_ and _Department_ in the Collectivity column from 2018.
