Deliberation Employment

Description

Attached to the deliberations on the jobs budget (available on the Paris.fr intranet under their identifiers: 2014 DFA-DRH 27 of 15 and 16 December 2014 for the municipal budget and 2014 DFA-DRH 13 G of 15 and 16 December 2014 for the departmental budget), the annexed tables are presented by function since 2015. This presentation is in line with the accounting nomenclatures M14 for the municipal budget and M52 for the departmental budget, used by local authorities. The functional nomenclature is an information tool intended to group job movements by activity or use. The use of this classification further facilitates the understanding of the policies pursued and provides a tool for comparison with other local and regional authorities. Indeed, all movements of budget items (creations, redeployments, transfers and job transformations) are now broken down by public policies and therefore respond more to the concerns of elected representatives and the need to inform citizens. **Column name** | **Description** ---|--- Community | City or Department with details of the nature of the budget: General or Annex. Type of movement | Classification of the budgetary movement according to a functional typology (example: new equipment, reinforcement, etc.). Service or equipment | Identification of the service or equipment for which the budgetary movement is taking place. Lines | Line to which the body belongs Body or employment | Name of body or employment for which a budgetary movement is voted or recorded NB of positions | Number of positions in addition or in less. NB hours | Number of hours more or less. NB of months | Number of months more or less.
