Royalty concessions received

Description

The dataset presents the revenues liquidated by the City of Paris via the electronic revenue management tool, for the occupation and/or exploitation of concessions in the public and private domains of the City of Paris. The data are extracted from the electronic revenue management tool, so they only trace the revenue settled via this tool. The file shows for each contract the legal nature of the contract, its subject, the name of the concessionaire, the due dates and the receipts called in several times over the year (if the presentation retains several lines per contract). For each contract, revenue may include several elements: fixed fee, variable fee, control fee, related rents, penalties. When the titled receipts are subject to VAT, the amounts are given inclusive of VAT.
