Budgets Votes – Program authorisations from 2018 (M57 City-department)
Description
In investment, the settlement section is distinguished from the program authorisations section. The settlement section groups payment appropriations together while the PA section includes all PAs. The PA section is voted by mission, activity, individualisation. Individualisations include one or more APs. They retrace the multiannual programming of investments. Program authorities are the upper limit for expenditures that can be incurred in investment. They are consumed by accounting and legal commitments. The regulations provide for the multi-annual forecasting of the consumption of CPs by PA and an assessment of the resources to cope with them.
The dataset contains, by budget (municipal or departmental), for a given financial year, all the amounts voted by AP.
