Description
This dataset breaks down the number of officials in active employment on 31 December each year by local authority (municipality, department, and for 2018 only, city of Paris), by method of carrying out part-time work (percentage of part-time work), by hierarchical category, by sex, by year.
It is recalled that Parisian civil servants are recruited only on full-time jobs.
The social report of the Parisian community provides, each year, quantitative but also qualitative information on the human resources of the City of Paris. It traces the evolution of the main human resources policy indicators, including staffing, pay, health and safety, careers and training, working conditions and social relations.
In anticipation, the ‘Bilan Social’ datasets integrated the [merger of local authorities] (https://www.paris.fr/actualites/paris-fusion-de-la-ville-et-du-conseil-departemental-6373) relating to Order No 2018-74 from 2018. The code City of Paris therefore replaces the codes Commune and Department in the Collectivity column from 2018.
This dataset complements the Social balance sheet - Working time of permanent permanent staff.
