Description

The data comes from OSM according to the scheme described in the package leaflet (Notice_amenagements_cyclables.pdf). The data shall contain all mandatory elements expected in the [National Cycle Scheme] (https://schema.data.gouv.fr/etalab/schema-amenagements-cyclables/). However, to obtain the cycling development data in the format of the national scheme, it is possible to use or The Cycle Routes data comes from the free and open OpenStreetMap (OSM) database [©OSM contributors] (https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright). For the most recent data, quality control and prior validation is carried out by the Mission Vélo de la Ville de Paris via the quality control tool ‘[LeBonTag](https://www.lebontag.fr/about/)’. **Content of the dataset** The choice of the city of Paris is to define as a cycle route each of the lanes and / or directions of circulation which, while being authorized for bicycles, is in forbidden or restricted access for other users (excluding bike paths). Lanes and directions of traffic shared by default between motor vehicles and cyclists are not represented in this dataset. Points of attention: **1- in some cases, two different arrangements are superimposed (e.g.: bicycle lane on the right and left side of the lane).** **2- this is a complete extraction by export date.
