This dataset covers data relating to rent management in Lille, Lomme and Hellemmes. They are prepared by the ADL which carries the local Observatory of Metropolitan Rents. The file relating to the division of the zones is also available for download on the platform[via this link](https://opendata.lillemetropole.fr/explore/dataset/encadrement-des-loyers-a-lille-lomme-et-hellemmes-zonage/). * * * * The ELAN law of 23 November 2018 again offers the possibility of implementing the rent framework. Given the tension observed for several years on the private rental market, the city of Lille wanted this device to be experimented on its territory. A reference rent is fixed each year by the Prefect on the basis of rents recorded by the local rent observatory, which is itself approved by the Ministry. This reference rent depends on the address of the dwelling, its year of construction, the number of rooms and whether or not the accommodation is furnished. Thus, since 1 March 2020, rents are again regulated in Lille Hellemmes Lomme. To find out if your rent complies with the reference rents, take the test:
