In addition to the legal obligations to transmit to the control of legality and publicity the acts of local authorities defined in the General Code of Territorial Authorities, the provision of open data of the deliberations adopted by a local authority must make it possible to improve the transparency of the public decisions taken by the various authorised bodies, whatever the territorial level in question. The City of Lille is part of this dynamic with this publication.
