Description
This dataset lists the research instruments (inventories) published and searchable on the site of the Municipal Archives of Lille (https://archives.lille.fr).
The table indicates, for each research instrument:
- if he describes ancient (prior to 1790), modern (1790-1983) or contemporary (post-1983) archives or private archives.
- the number of records it contains*
- the number and types of digital documents associated
Some inventories produced prior to the computerisation of the service were uploaded via a digitised copy of the paper inventory which was then associated with the inventory header on the archive management software. In this case, the table shows 0 records but 1 attached document.
