Local Sensitive Natural Spaces – Observation Areas
Description
Represents the perimeters of the observation areas of sensitive local natural spaces labeled, i.e. sites for which an agreement to register the site with the ENS iserois network has been signed between the Department, the commune (or community of communes) or the Regional Conservatory of Natural Spaces. These sites are acquired and managed by the commune (or community of communes) or the Regional Conservatory of Natural Spaces with the technical and financial assistance of the Department.
The observation area is the ecological monitoring space. This space may be greater than or equal to the area of intervention. This buffer zone around the action area or sensitive area can be the subject of specific partnership actions with local actors and users (farmers, sportsmen, fishermen, etc.).
