Multi-professional health centres

**The different forms of Primary Care Teams financed by the Isère Santé scheme:**
\- The **Multi-disciplinary health centres**, also known as multi-professional health centres, are physical places where several health professionals gather. The professionals carry a common health project that defines the rules and objectives of the structure, they also work in a coordinated way.
\- The **health centres** are groups of health professionals whose rules and objectives are common to those of an MSP. However, the exercise of health professionals can be done in one / or outside the walls. Thus, an MSP can be part of a health pole.
\- The **Non-Programmed Care Centres** are establishments that welcome people without medical appointments, for "small" emergencies.
