Monthly punctuality of IC relations per moment

Description

Monthly punctuality of IC relations upon arrival at their destination and or - for the trains travelling through Brussel's North-South junction, upon arrival at the first station of the junction on their path, per moment of the day (peak hours, off-peak hours and weekend).  A train is considered punctual if it arrives at the station with less than 6 minutes delay.
