Monthly punctuality upon arrival in Brussels per moment

Description

Monthly punctuality of trains upon arrival in the first station of Brussel's North-South junction on their path, per moment of day (morning peak hour, evening peak hour, off-peak hours and weekends). A train is considered punctual if it arrives at the station with less than 6 minutes delay.
