Quarterly evolution of effective train-paths

Description

This dataset comprises the quarterly evolution of train-paths that were planned by Infrabel and used by the requesting applicant. A train-path is the infrastructure capacity needed to run a given train between two places over a given time period (equivalent of slot in air transport).
