Monthly punctuality of IC relations

Description

Monthly punctuality of IC relations upon arrival at their destination or - for the trains travelling through Brussel's North-South junction, upon arrival at the first station of the junction on their path.  A train is considered punctual if it arrives at the station with less than 6 minutes delay.
