The data is extracted from the Aleph Integrated Library Management System, used by the Common Documentation Service.

**Special comments**
This dataset does not include manuscripts of unsupported, rejected, or uncorrected theses (not considered doctoral theses), credentials to conduct research, or practice theses. On the other hand, it includes paper and electronic theses, as well as theses on works.
The work of entering the records of the theses being a long-term undertaking (almost contemporary on the dates of submission of the theses), the completeness and quality of the records of the oldest theses may be less than that of the most recent theses, due to changes in business procedures. However, the quality of all these leaflets can be considered very good.
