Description of Grants to Communities and Organizations

The Hauts-de-Seine Department makes financial commitments to associations and other bodies in order to extend its action. The process of awarding these commitments follows a request to the Department. The award is then arbitrated before the departmental assembly.
Publicity of subsidies paid to third parties is mandatory according to articles L2313-1 and L1313-1-1 applicable to the Department by reference to article L 3313-1 of the CGCT.
This dataset does not include grants to natural persons for reasons of confidentiality.
