Number of adults with disabilities receiving social assistance in accommodation (ASH) * * * Social assistance for accommodation (ASH) for adults with disabilities (PH) is an assistance granted and paid by the Department for adults with disabilities aged 20 to 60 whose condition requires accommodation, permanent or temporary. Care may be provided in a social and medico-social institution (ESMS) for adults with disabilities, in the home of an individual not belonging to the beneficiary's family (up to and including the fourth degree) or, by way of derogation, in an institution for the elderly. It is conditioned by a policy decision of the Commission on the Rights and Autonomy of Persons with Disabilities (CDAPH) managed by the Departmental House of Persons with Disabilities (MDPH). These data correspond to the number, per municipality, of adults with disabilities receiving social assistance for accommodation whose emergency home is located in the Hauts-de-Seine.
