Citizen observations made on collared parakeets

The Hauts-de-seine Department has set up a participatory data production system _(crowdsourcing)_ allowing citizens to trace their observations on collared parakeets.
Indeed, the working group on collared parakeets, convened by the Hauts-de-Seine Departmental Council, initiated two major actions:
* the creation of a website [perruche-a-collier.fr] (http://perruche-a-collier.fr/) to inform and raise public awareness;
* further study of the phenomenon.
On this last point, the working group wanted to establish a database on the presence and possible nuisances caused by the collared parakeet in Île-de-France.
