Number of subsidized housing units, by municipality, for the improvement of private housing, 2007 to 2012 * * * The number of subsidized dwellings includes all dwellings that have benefited from a subsidy from the National Housing Agency that the Department of Hauts-de-Seine has awarded as part of the delegation of competence for stone aids. These are dwellings owned by owner-occupiers (subject to resource conditions) who carry out improvement work. It can also be private rental housing (mostly subject to rent ceilings and to be rented to tenants subject to resource ceilings) owned by landlords who carry out improvement work. Finally, this subsidy concerns condominiums whose common areas are the subject of improvement work. This dataset also includes dwellings subsidized as part of the fight against unworthy housing. The private housing aid scheme was amended in 2013. This dataset is therefore no longer fed. **Lexico** Unworthy habitat The law of mobilization for housing and the fight against exclusion (MLLE law of March 25, 2009) defines as unworthy habitat "the premises used for the purpose of habitation and unfit by nature for this use as well as the housing whose condition, or that of the building in which they are located, exposes the occupants to obvious risks that may affect their physical security or their health". Unworthy habitat covers unsanitary housing, buildings and premises, premises where lead is accessible (saturnin risk), buildings threatening to fall into ruin, dangerous furnished hotels and precarious habitats.
