Departmental loan guarantee rate

Article L.3212-4 of the General Code of Territorial Collectivities (CGCT) provides that the Departmental Council decides on loan guarantees, under the conditions laid down in Articles L.3231-4 and L.3231-5. They shall determine the limits within which a Department may grant its guarantee for the benefit of a person governed by private law and the exceptions thereto.
