Housing or premises for professional use that can be connected in FttH * * * * These free-of-use data are built on the basis of a reprocessing of ARCEP data on HD and THD deployments published in open data each quarter, as well as a survey prepared by AVICCA among its members. **Context** The reprocessing of Arcep data consists of: * the establishment of percentage and not class coverage levels; * the correction to the margin (removal errors in the number of sockets deployed) of the statistical data collected by Arcep. A rate of 100 % or more does not necessarily imply the actual connectionability of 100 % of the premises, due to the discrepancy between the reference INSEE bases and the evolution of the construction of premises since the establishment of these INSEE bases; * intelligence of the end years of AMII deployments as reported by Orange and SFR in response to AMII 2011; * the information of the end years of the L33-13 deployments as declared by the operators in their L33-13 commitments, provided that these end dates correspond to 100 % connectable in FttH. On the other hand, the Avicca no longer corrects errors in counting rooms to be connected or made connectable, as this manual work becomes more and more tedious to carry out. The Avicca invites local authorities to take direct responsibility for Arcep in the event of errors. The investigation carried out by Avicca consists of: * the definition of the type of zoning to which each municipality belongs. Since this zoning is evolving on the one hand, and subject to errors of interpretation (corrected over the water, depending on the rises of the members of the Avicca or the national authorities) on the other hand, it may be necessary to evolve according to the information periodically collected; * identification of operators present on a common data; by operators present, the Avicca means an operator deploying and/or operating or planning to deploy sockets on a given municipality. The different types of zoning are not intended to be exhaustive. Some types of zoning have been deliberately ignored, due to too few occurrences of the situations encountered (e.g. municipalities located in RIP zones without a project of FttH private deployments but which are prohibited from deploying public FttH due to the partial or total presence of a modernised cable network). However, this list may need to evolve according to the requests of the communities concerned. **Specific comments** This open data is derived from an initial work of the Avicca and may occasionally involve errors. These can be traced back to the following address: opendata@avicca.org, specifying the type of error found and the correction to be made, together with a justification for the correction.
