Renovated cadastre (section sheets)
Description
Cadastre renovated by section leaves (original and georeferenced) on the territory of the department of Hauts-de-Seine.

The cadastre refers to documents drawn up for the purposes of the property tax base.
This dataset concerns the plans of the “renovated” cadastre (recast from 1930 and updated until 1976 according to the municipalities) which were paid to the Departmental Archives by the real estate tax centres:
* Payment 1664W for Hauts-de-Seine Nord;
* 1997W payment for Hauts-de-Seine Sud.
The Hauts-de-Seine department was created in 1968, following a reform of the Paris region, having led to the creation of the small crown by dismembering the former departments of the Seine and Seine-et-Oise. As a result, the dates of establishment of the cadastre differ depending on whether the municipality originates from the former department of the Seine or Seine-et-Oise:
* The plans of the communes of the former department of the Seine date from the 1930s to the 1940s: Antony, Asnières-sur-Seine, Bagneux, Bois-Colombes, Boulogne-Billancourt, Bourg-la-Reine, Châtenay-Malabry, Châtillon, Clamart, Clichy, Colombes, Courbevoie, Fontenay-aux-Roses, Issy-les-Moulineaux, La Garenne-Colombes, Gennevilliers, Levallois-Perret, Malakoff, Montrouge, Nanterre, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Le Plessis-Robinson, Puteaux, Sceaux, Suresnes, Vanves, Villeneuve-la-Garenne;
* The plans of the communes of the former department of Seine-et-Oise were not revised until the 1970s. This concerns: Chaville, Garches, Marnes-la-Coquette, Meudon, Rueil-Malmaison, Saint-Cloud, Sèvres, Vaucresson, Ville-d’Avray.
Land registry plans can be a first step in finding owners of a plot or built property. The section and matrix states should then be consulted.
**Context**
After putting online the departmental assembly of the cadastre renovated in July 2019, the Department of Hauts-de-Seine completes its offer by offering the same data to the section sheet.
This dataset offers for download all available section sheets (source sheets and georeferenced sheets), by municipality.

Georeferencing
Georeferencing is the act of attaching a plane, a geographical object or an image to a system of geographical coordinates in order to ensure its geolocation and superposition with other geographical objects. The sheets of the renovated cadastre were georeferenced in the projection RGF93 – CC49 which is the coordinate system operated by the Department of Hauts-de-Seine.
**Specific comments**
Depending on the municipality, the quotations of cadastral leaves differ. In order to make these quotations understandable for users of the Open data portal of the Department of Hauts-de-Seine and homogeneous between them, the following nomenclature has been put in place: CODE-COMMUNE_DATE_CODE-SECTION_NUM-SHEET. This, for example, gives Antony the following name for sheet 1 of section A of 1937: ANT_1937_A_01. If a sheet is divided into several pieces, then an incremental number is added to the name of the sheet in question.
The georeferenced leaves have the same name as the source leaves but with the suffix _cale and _d_cale for the cut leaf. The cut sheet being the georeferenced sheet without the presentation frame. It strictly presents only the actual geographical footprint of the section sheet. The twisted sheets have been used and assembled for the renovated Cadastre dataset (departmental assembly) the link of which can be found below.
The renovated cadastre is made available by municipality and section sheet. It is possible to download a section sheet in 3 different ways:
* Through the Table tab, the source sheet is downloaded by clicking in the field “Image name homogenised source”. The georeferenced sheet is downloaded by clicking in the field “homogenised georeferenced image name”. The georeferenced sheet is downloaded by clicking in the field “Secured georeferenced image homogenised”.
* Through the Map tab after clicking on a cadastral sheet, the source sheet is downloaded by clicking on the “Download source sheet” link. The georeferenced sheet is downloaded by clicking on the link “Download the georeferenced sheet”. The georeferenced sheet is downloaded by clicking on the link “Download the georeferenced sheet diverted”.
* Through the Images tab after clicking on an image, the source sheet is downloaded by clicking on the “Download source sheet” link. The georeferenced sheet is downloaded by clicking on the link “Download the georeferenced sheet”. The georeferenced sheet is downloaded by clicking on the link “Download the georeferenced sheet diverted”.
