This spatial dataset contains the zoning of the Suresnes Local Advertising Regulation. The information provided shall not be enforceable: only the Regulations and their annexed mapping are authentic.

**Context**
The Local Advertising Regulation (RLP) is a local regulation that concerns advertising, signs and pre-signs.
The RLP covers the entire municipal territory, which is totally agglomerated, within which three advertising zones have been defined;
* Advertising area No. 1 (ZP1) corresponds to protected places (registered sites, remarkable heritage sites, 100 m perimeter around the Historic Monuments and their field of visibility) and their surroundings, as well as certain “sensitive” areas that justify such strong protection. Very limited forms of advertising expression are allowed;
* Advertising area No. 2 (ZP2) corresponds to a sequence of Boulevard Henri Sellier which can admit, given its strategic urban situation, some advertising locations strictly regulated by very restrictive provisions;
* Advertising zone 3 (PZ3) corresponds to all the agglomerated sectors that are not included in advertising zones 1 and 2.

A listed or registered site, in France, is a natural area or a remarkable natural formation whose historical, artistic, scientific, legendary or picturesque character calls, in the name of the general interest, conservation in the state (maintenance, restoration, enhancement...) as well as the preservation of any serious damage (destruction, alteration, trivialisation...). Such a site justifies qualitative monitoring, in particular through prior authorisation for any work likely to change the condition or appearance of the protected territory.

The remarkable heritage sites were created by Law No. 2016-925 of 7 July 2016 on freedom of creation, architecture and heritage. This device aims to protect and enhance the architectural, urban and landscape heritage of our territories.
