The city of Rueil-Malmaison has introduced a development tax increased to 10 % and 15 % to finance the realisation of public facilities, along the major structuring axes and close to the changing sectors.
This tax was introduced to finance the networks and public facilities induced by the creation of housing.
Since January 1st, it replaces the old town planning taxes.
This dataset identifies the different perimeters where an increased development tax exists on the territory of Rueil-Malmaison.
