Simple and reinforced urban pre-emption rights zones

The City of Rueil-Malmaison and the Etablissement Public Territorial (EPT) Paris Ouest La Défense (POLD) have introduced a simple urban pre-emption right as well as a reinforced pre-emption right to promote the development of land supply in the commune.
This dataset identifies these pre-emption zones for which the City of Rueil-Malmaison and EPT have priority for the acquisition of land in case of sale.
