“Books in Freedom” – This concept offers the possibility of giving and borrowing the book of your choice in an old remodeled telephone booth.

This open-air library encourages public reading through expanded and free access to books, fostering social linkage and stimulating exchange between readers.
The idea comes from Anglo-Saxon countries where the concept is welcomed by growing success. The City Hall of Rueil-Malmaison decided to adapt this project by recycling a dozen telephone booths that were intended to disappear. Very transversal, it thus carries cultural, social, sustainable but also pedagogical values. Indeed, the transformation of the cabins was entrusted to the young people of the Learning Centre of the Rueil-Malmaison building.
This dataset includes the geographical coordinates of the cabins across the territory of the City.
