Places reserved for the benefit of the Department for roads and public facilities

Delimitation of areas subject to special rules called "reserved spaces" (Article L151-41 of the Urban Planning Code) subject to a special status and distinguished by their purpose and scope. These are places intended to accommodate:
* public roads (motorways, roads, streets, squares, roads, cycle paths, car parks);
* public works (railways, reservoirs, sewage treatment plants, sewerage collectors, etc.);
* "facilities of general interest" meeting a collective need or green spaces open to the public.
This information is contained in the town planning documents of the municipalities, which are the only documents that can be relied on against third parties.
