Real local anchors of social action in the department, the services of territorial solidarity (SST) are places of reception and guidance offering listening and help to people in difficulty, for administrative and legal problems, or integration and housing.
This dataset summarises the number of actions implemented by field of intervention in OSH and the number of people in the municipality met.

OSH
The Services de Solidarité Territoriale (SST) offer a solidarity service from the 1st to the Great Age for the inhabitants of the Hauts de Seine. The teams of professionals present on site organise themselves to provide a welcome for all, complete information and guidance, and support for users in their digital procedures for opening and maintaining rights with administrations; a multidimensional assessment of all vulnerabilities and situations of tension, in particular with regard to child protection and the prevention of evictions; the construction with users of support pathways, taking into account the person and the family in all aspects of their lives (integration, employment, housing, financial issues, parenthood, etc.).

Housing assistance

Access to the right to health
Opening of rights, guidance and contacts with organizations or associations with expertise in physical health, mental health, addiction.
Budget management support (included in social inclusion from 2016)
Identify the functioning of the budget, provide advice and budgetary support, help in the constitution of files (bank of France, purchase of credits, ...), mediation actions with creditors, lessor, public bodies, implementation of collective actions.
