Essential data on public procurement – Department of Hautes-Pyrénées
Description
Data collected by the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Recovery and produced by the Departmental Council of Hautes-Pyrénées.
The Order of 14 April 2017, as amended by the Order of 27 July 2018, entered into force on 1 October 2018, and with it the obligation for the 70000 French public buyers (collectivities, ministries, public hospitals, etc.) to publish the essential data of their public procurement on their buyer profile.
In order to facilitate the consumption of this data nationwide, we have developed scripts to collect, process and publish this data centrally, in regulatory formats.

The data sources used are the following:**
data from the PES DGFiP Market
data collected by AIFE’s DUME API
data from buyer profile Achatpublic.com made available via AIFE’s DUME API
data from the buyer profile Dematis facilitating the downloading of data of its customers (e-marchespublics.com)
data published on the AWS buyer profile (Marches-publics.info), extracted and published manually by Colin Maudry on data.gouv.fr
The data published by AIFE suffer from some anomalies described here. You can know the source of the data through the source field of each market.
We exclude market data that is manifestly fictitious or unusable (see also on Github)
